Auto Refresh & Page Monitor ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Beacon Labs, a sole proprietorship based in India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our Chrome extension and our cloud monitoring service (together, the "Service"), why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Auto-refresh settings. Your refresh timers and presets are saved in your browser's local extension storage. They are not sent to our servers.
Device identifier. When you first open the extension, it creates a random identifier and stores it in your browser. We use it to keep your AI chats together before you sign in and to apply the free message limit. It isn't linked to your identity unless you sign in.
AI assistant chats. When you chat with the AI assistant, we store your messages and the assistant's replies, whether or not you're signed in. If you sign in later, chats from your device are linked to your account.
Page content you share with the assistant. To help you set up a monitor, the extension may capture a screenshot and the text of the page you're currently viewing, along with its address. This only happens on the page you have open while you're using the assistant, never in the background.
Account information. If you sign in, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and profile picture. We don't get access to your Google password or any other Google data.
Monitors. For each monitor you create, we store the page address, the name and condition you set, how often it should check, how long it should run, any steps needed to reveal the content (like clicking a tab), and which notification channels you chose. We also keep a history of each check: the value found, whether your condition was met, and any errors.
Pages we check for you. To run a monitor, our servers open the page and take screenshots of it, which are analysed by AI to check your condition. We keep the results of each check, not the screenshots.
Notification details. Your email address is always used for alerts. If you choose other channels, we store the details needed to reach you there, such as your WhatsApp phone number(s) or the account identifier of a messaging app you connect.
Payments. Credit purchases are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. We receive a record of each purchase (amount, credits added, and a payment reference) but never your card or bank details.
Technical information. Our servers receive your IP address with each request. We use it to prevent abuse, such as repeated attempts to get around the free message limit.
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness.
We use trusted service providers for AI analysis, cloud hosting, email delivery, messaging (WhatsApp, SMS and other channels), sign-in and payment processing. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job. For example, page screenshots and your chat messages are sent to our AI provider for analysis, and your phone number is sent to our messaging provider to deliver alerts. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Our servers are located in the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia, and our service providers may process data in other countries. By using the Service, you understand your data may be transferred outside your country.

Email us at support@autorefreshextension.com from the address on your account and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also sign out at any time, and uninstalling the extension removes everything stored in your browser.
This website doesn't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The extension stores your sign-in session and settings in your browser's extension storage.
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled databases. Sign-in and verification links are stored only in hashed form. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
The Service isn't intended for anyone under 13, or under the minimum age for digital consent in their country. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we'll delete their data.
If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data we've already collected, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
