These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auto Refresh & Page Monitor browser extension and cloud monitoring service ("Service") operated by Beacon Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietorship based in India.
By installing the extension or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Auto Refresh & Page Monitor provides two core capabilities:
The extension also includes an AI chat assistant that helps you set up and manage monitors.
You can use the auto-refresh feature and chat with the AI assistant without an account. To set up a page monitor, you must sign in with a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Auto-refresh and the AI chat assistant are free to use. Setting up a page monitor requires monitoring credits, which you purchase in advance. Each monitor's cost is calculated based on its check frequency, duration, and notification channels, and is deducted from your credit balance when the monitor is created.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Each monitor runs for the duration you choose (up to 30 days). When a monitor expires, it stops checking automatically. You can create a new monitor for the same page at any time by purchasing additional credits.
Some websites employ bot detection or access controls that may prevent our cloud monitoring servers from accessing their pages. We do not guarantee that cloud monitoring will work on all websites. When a monitor is unable to check a page, we will notify you.
AI vision analysis provides best-effort interpretation of page content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every change will be detected or that every condition will be evaluated correctly.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Beacon Labs. You retain ownership of the data you provide (URLs, conditions, email address). Screenshots captured by the Service are processed for your monitoring purposes only and are not used for any other purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed notifications, inaccurate monitoring results, or service downtime.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
